Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cost for UK Mainland is £ 12.00 (Inc. VAT). Shipping Cost for Highlands, Scotland and Northern Ireland are higher. Please contact us for details before proceeding to payment.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order.

Handling time 0-1 Day ( Monday – Friday )

Same Day dispatch if the order placed before 2:00PM. For orders after 2:00PM will be dispatched next day. ( Monday – Friday )

Transit time Shipping 1-2 Business Days ( Monday – Friday )

Order Cut-off Time 2:00 PM

All shipping times are subject to weather delays. Tarpaulins Co is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather.
